Tang's Kitchen

Tang's kitchen is our latest offering and was set up to allow us the chance to share some of our restaurant recipes and many of the others in our collection. The first recip e-book we have released contains more than 150 recipes from the Philippines and it is - no imagination needed, titled The Filipino recip e-book. Our World Cuisine Series features food from The USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Middle East and Asian Countries such as India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, China, Japan and the Philippines. All in all it features recipes from 40 Countries. In fact the September edition of the recip e-book is The Great Britain recip e-book.

​Our Background

The owners of the Tang Group have a food background and history in the food and beverage industry around the world. We are a diverse group, coming from Europe and Asia, but certainly have at least two things in common - a love and appreciation of foods and cuisines from around the world, along with a desire to make them very accessible to anyone with an Internet connection. Our Objectives

 

As well as growing the awareness of our current food brands, Hunan Tang's and Boston Roadhouse - yes i know this is shameless self promotion, but Chef Tang feels he should be able to do this when he is giving you so many freebies - we are hoping to open up new foods and experiences for our users, by providing traditional and new recipes. We also hope that this will make many less well appreciated cuisines more popular and more widely cooked

 

By the way, Hunan Tang's, as the name sort of suggests, concentrates on Chinese Food and also offers updated, modernised Filipino cuisine. Boston Roadhouse is focused on American food, not the fast food variety, although we include hamburger recipes, but in this case it's home made and cooked on the grill , or barbie for those of us who are not American. Still enough about us, even though you did click on a page that is titled About Us, so you should have known!



Our experiences

 

This is not going to be a long diatribe about everything we ever did!! Suffice to say that we have been lucky to live all over the world, the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Portugal, Spain, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and the Philippines. We have also visited and eaten in most places in between. We don't believe these experiences give us the right to be Judge and Jury, but we do think more than 20 years in food & Beverage, travelling the world and living in a lot of it, eating 3 square meals a day entitles us to an opinion and Chef Tang will tell you all about them in his blog, originally titled as Hunan Tang's.
